We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we gladly accept returns of eligible items under the following conditions:

Return Window

We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original packaging and condition.

  • Items must not be cut, installed, modified, or used in any way.

  • A return slip must be included inside the package.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Please reinforce or replace the shipping box if necessary to ensure safe return transit.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper return packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-cut iron balusters or handrails

  • Products showing signs of use, installation, or modification

  • Final sale or clearance items (as marked at checkout)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include photos of:

  • The item(s) received

  • The packaging and shipping label

  • Any visible damage

We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order separately.
